Crystal’s fantastic presentation skills and patience with first timers is phenomenal. She patiently explained CPR, demonstrated and then gave the girls plenty of time to practice and get comfortable with CPR.
Crystal is a very knowledgeable instructor who is hands on, personable, and professional. Would definitely recommend her courses to anyone who needs to acquire their BLS or ACLS certification. I used her services for both.
