Agreed to $95 diagnostic visit and nothing more. We unknowingly missed his call to go over diagnosis. He took it upon himself to do over $300 worth of repairs and informed us of this when we called him back 30 minutes after missing his call. When conveying our surprise and displeasure at his assumption to do the work, he was rude and acted as if it were our fault that he chose to move forward without getting an ok to do so.
