Funds return the same day
Last year I advised that the phone number listed takes us to a walmart recording. It still has not been updated. We have paid in advance for certification renewals and we get no response via email. This is so frustrating. how can this be addressed. Fixing to report you to the Better Business Bureau.
I received excellent customer service when I emailed needing it, and found the site to be very user friendly and with and intuitive workflow.
Scam. Called, emailed, no one answers. No one will accept it as a CPR class. They say AHA on their website and it’s not at all. Complete waste of time and money. Update: emailed 3 times and no response. Number to call is a joke. Then the “owner” replied to this review with an email address to contact, it’s the one I’ve been emailing the whole time. This site should be shut down. My husband is a police officer and I’m not having him look into this because this company is stealing from ppl.
I've certified with them 2 times now and I haven't had any issues. Will certify again!
