Mr Mendonca was very interactive and enthusiastic about what he teaches. In my 8 years of hospital experience he was the first one who empowered his students and you can tell he loves what he does.

Instructor was extremely friendly and professional. He displays great communication skills, promptness and overall professionalism. The class was both educational and informative, however, it wasn’t time consuming. The instructor makes you feel very comfortable and encourages you to ask questions so that he could be of help. I would definitely recommend this class to family and friends.
