This company’s senior claims examiner lacks integrity and honesty in their “investigation.” My car was damaged by their policyholder’s tire in the road, yet they are doing everything possible to avoid covering it. The examiner initially agreed to cover the repairs but, due to poor communication and relying on the word of someone who wasn’t even present at the accident, they reversed the decision just one business day before the scheduled repair.
