Not satisfying, charges for regular course and asked to go on pretext of not satisfying initial assessment. Asked to go for full course with another 110$ and 20$ as admin fee
Very disappointing experience. I paid the full fee and completed the online study before attending. On the day, I was told I had failed the pre-assessment and could not continue. I was then asked to re-register and pay the full course fee again. I feel this process was unfair and lacked clear communication about the assessment and re-enrolment requirements. I would not recommend this provider.
I just completed my Early Childhood Education and Care First Aid training with CPR, Paramatta branch and it went great! Our trainer Gautami was excellent! She made the class very comfortable for each one of us which really contributed to good learning and understanding of each module that were being covered in the classroom.
