I’ve had great experiences with the instructors here in the past, so it’s disappointing to write this. Recently, two of my sessions were cancelled due to trainer unavailability. When I requested a refund, it was initially refused due to internal policy. After referencing Australian Consumer Law, the refund was eventually processed in full. While I appreciate the final outcome, the situation highlighted some customer-unfriendly policies, especially given the cancellations were on their end.
