I had a very disappointing experience with this training provider and would not recommend them. On the day of my course, I mistakenly went to the wrong building but genuinely believed I was at the correct location on time. When I explained the situation to the trainer, Manu, I was told “not my problem” in a dismissive and unprofessional tone. Even though I was only late less than 10 minutes.
