It was the best class I’ve ever taken! She would tell real emergency stories and would ask us to solve them,,,,that was cool! She would tell a true story and put you right in the middle and than tell the class how you would get out. Like she would say “ you need help,,,,,,,than you make a lot of noise”. She’s right!!!, WOW, what a class! Thank heavens,,,no videos.
Connie Dowd has exceptional training skills. This company is great! They come to your work place and teach you on the spot. You never has to make work again for training. Connie goes out of her way to make sure everyone in the class has a clear understanding of CPR and First Aid. I finished the course and felt good about being able to save someone's else AND my OWN! Thanks Connie!
