Wonderful service and extremely fast turnaround. Even when the initial replacement screen was damaged during shipping, a new one was sent overnight and my laptop was back to perfect the next day!
They broke my tablet. Before it only had a cracked screen. After they replaced the screen it wouldn’t charge and the home button didn’t function. I took it back in. Now the home button is broken and my tablet closes down if I don’t keep touching the screen. Friendly staff but huge waste of money! My tablet functioned better before.
There I was, rendered Phone-less, With no way to get to my store to pick up my fixed phone, stumbled upon this store, which was the wrong store, in the pouring rain, lost, irritated, confused, tears in my eyes, knowing my destination was closing in less than 10 minutes, and if i didn't make it, i had no idea how to get home a whole hour away. i banged on the window like some kind of psychopath after closing, and was let in by the closing gentleman with glasses and longer hair, I never got his name, but he gave me correct dir... read more
Had a damaged screen brought it in to CRP they didn't have my screen in stock so they had to order it. I left my phone and got a call the next day that the phone was fixed. Phone working good price good service.
