I had come looking to replace my cracked phone screen. At first I was pleasantly suprised by the low pricing rate for a replacement (over $180.00). So I agree to pay for their service. Fast forward a few days later after the repair, my screen goes black so I return to the shop. The employee offers to replace it for free (since there were no scratches or cracks). Whoever says in their review that their repair took just 15 minutes is LYING. DO NOT COME HERE, unless you are ready to make multiple trips because their service is so sloppy that they don't do things right and even can damage your device. those 4 stars in GOOGLE reviews are MISLEADING. Be very careful . I received 2 quotes from 2 different people there within 3 min of each other to replace a screen on a galaxy A14-5g 1 was for $126. the other was $170. The screen on Amazon and Walmart's sites are $18 to $24. and a new phone at Walmart is $70. The lost a perm customer when we used to only go to Tech Medic and then he merged with these overpriced people ruining his reputation
Excellent customer service! Very attentive and they did an amazing repair on the back glass of my Apple Mini 12 as well as my One Plus 12 front glass. Ordering parts and repairs took less than 24 hours! I would totally recommend coming here for your repairs!
I came in January 29th to get the motherboard of an Xbox console fix, some other the connectors got ripped off. It's been a month and anytime I call or come in for an update I'm just told that it's "being worked on", and that's all I've gotten for a month straight. No other information, like a time line or estimated date of that it might be finished. Hats off to Lowell for being gracious & competent when assisting me with both a data transfer & recovery (two separate phones). He was attentive & very helpful in getting everything set up for me. If I had dealt with him the whole way through, I would have left a much higher rating. Sadly, I dealt with the "manager" Brennan. The only good thing I can say about him is he seems to know how to do his job. He is rude, arrogant & does not seem to think it important to have jobs done when he promises.
