Set appointment at 415 to have galaxy s23 ultra screen replaced at 430 same day, showed up dropped it off, came back at time discussed and it was good as new. And the guy was really knowledgeable with other questions that I asked regarding the new screen, screen protectors and cases. Also informed me of some benefits that I wasn't taking full advantage of with my cell phone I strange plan. Was a very positive interaction throughout! Thank you.
