I had a great experience at Cell Phone Repair. My phone was fixed quickly and works perfectly now. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me. I brought my phone in after it got water damaged and honestly thought it was a lost cause. From the moment I walked in, the staff was helpful, professional, and upfront about the process. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and had my phone repaired much faster than I expected. Everything works perfectly now, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. Came here after Apple quoted me $600 to replace the broken glass on the back of my old iPhone 13 pro. I already had a new phone but wanted to fix the old one so my husband could upgrade to it. They were very helpful in the store and told me that my phone was american originally and had already been refurbished which i knew. He warned that he may have to replace the front screen too if the back glass was installed badly, and made sure I understood and accepted before he tried to fix it. I've been to CPR several times in the past 5 years and had a excellent experience each time. I purchased 3 refurbished. phones during this period for my friends and family and every one was a great deal and of top quality. Just recently I had an issue with my pin lock security and the technician had the experience and skills to get me in and out in what seemed to be record time. If you're looking for a honest, helpful fair and reliable repair this is your one stop shop.
