Karsen service my phone with great Knowledge and skills
The owner of both locations waited on me yesterday at the Wentzville location. He flat out lied to me about upgrading an extra $100 instead of a cheaper screen that was after market. I paid the extra $100 and by that evening I’m getting messages that say because this is after market it’s not working properly. I went in this morning and the owner will not speak refund the $100 up charge or speak on phone to me. They do NOT stand by their work.

Love this place. Today was my 3rd time having phones repaired here. Misty was so helpful and nice, Diana was also very nice, super smart and did a fantastic job fixing my phone. I highly recommend this place!
