I had a great experience with the Crestwood CPR location.. i took my phone in and a young woman named Misty helped me. She identified the issue. (which was much simpler than the Boost associate told me) and Misty offered to fix in an hour. I was not able to wait but her assurance of a quick repair was appreciated. I picked my phone up when I could Another store representative helped me. She was helpful and made sure I was satisfied when I left. A wonderful and helpful customer service experience

TL;DR - Bad business practice!!! They fired the ONLY good person there. The only positive experience that I've had at CPR has been because of Misty. She routinely goes the extra mile and helps me when I get logged out of my devices or get confused on my phone. The other employees are hardly ever there, and the owner Josh is so off-putting and creepy!!! I just learned that Misty was fired, so there's no reason to come here. This repair shop is top notch. My broken screen on my IPhone was repaired very quickly. As a former owner of 5 cell phone store locations I just sat and waited but while waiting I observed the superior customer service provided by the employees at this location. I was very impressed. No matter who walked in the door or what problem was presented they resolved all issues with superior service no matter how big or small.
