made an appointment on Sunday at 1 PM. The open sign was off and the door was locked called multiple times with no answer. I never leave one star reviews, but this was very unprofessional as my phone is broke and I needed it fixed and follow the protocol to schedule an appointment. No way to leave a voicemail or get in contact with anyone. This was a complete waste of time.
