These guys are fantastic, especially Jeremy. He diagnosed my phone when I brought it in and gave me a solution for my old pixel 6. When the screen went dark on 7/8 of it was a little bit of haze at the top. The screen was toast. Was going to buy a pixel 11 when they came out but with this one being toast he put a new screen on temporarily then transferred all of data, photos, text messages, history, everything flawlessly to my new pixel 10 Pro XL and it's working fantastic! My phone has been glitching for a month now since getting it repaired here for water damage. Noticed a water bubble today on the front and back so my husband took it in where we were told there was still water that had been sitting for a while and this was the last time my phone had been near water! Haven’t had it near water since getting it repaired! $300 and they couldn’t even fully get the water damage they just left it and I’m sure they will refuse to even give a partial refund for THEIR error!
When your cell phone is not working, it’s crazy how lost you feel. So much is attached that thing. So when I brought my phone in and a quick hour later all fixed a major pit in my stomach disappeared. Thanks so much.
There aren't enough words in my vocabulary to describe my experience with my new phone. Irritating, frustrating, confusing, humiliating, and so forth. Once I met Bert at CPR Cell phone repair, I no longer needed those words. This time I can't come up with words nice enough to describe how I was treated and the outcome. He was patient, calm, professional, and understanding. He tamed the phone in short order and never once acknowledged that the operator was the problem. Many thanks to Bert and the company.
