I’d give zero stars if I could. Got a cracked screen replaced and the entire exterior of the casing around the edges is now scratched up. They claimed it from was the drop, however, the phones casing was in a case when dropped. This a brand new phone keep mind. No wear and tear over time. I do not blame the guy upfront, but whoever makes the decisions in trying to make something right is terrible and their decision making should be questioned. I will never return.
