Read before deciding on this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my phone here for water damage. I was told it could be fixed but had to be sent off for motherboard repair and that I would lose all my Information. 1 to 1.5 weeks tops. Estimated cost $250. I called weekly for updates that no one provided. Week 3 I was told that the specialists is just now getting to it but they wanted to know if I wanted my data recovered. Had a claim for service through a protection plan, they did not want to service my phone for "atleast 24 hours" even though the claim was approved and i have the claim number.
Friendly, efficient, great wk!! Highly recommend!!
Very courteous staff, reception area was well-kept and clean, and they fixed the issue faster than I expected.
