Didn't know there was a way to soft restart/reset a phone. My sisters phone freaked out and wouldn't accept the pass code. The only option we were given was to factory reset the phone. I looked it up on Google. I'm sure they are helpful with newer phones and other problems; just not this specific problem. It was an odd problem.
Enoch at CPR was great to us, iPhone 13 mini, discharging too quickly. He suggested a new battery, ordered it, it shipped a bit slow but he was great to communicate that with us before we went back for install. When it arrived he swapped it quickly and sure enough it lasts a lot longer now. Great place for phone repair.
