Costumer service was great. I asked for how long it'll take to repair my phone, and was given 1 hour or less. It only took roughly 50 minutes or so.

Nick helped me repair my phone today and he was amazing. Fast friendly and while I hope to never crack my phone again, at least I know where to take it.
I got my cellphone repaired here through my insurance with T-Mobile and my phone was returned to me in brand new condition! I had dropped my phone on concrete and my clumsiness caused my whole front screen to be cracked and half of the screen was blacked out. The repair was very quick, just under an hour. The shopping center the repair shop is located has plenty of parking and shops/restaurants to browse or eat at while you wait.
