Scheduled a repair here through T-Mobile’s protection warranty plan. Had lots of availability as soon as 30 mins from when we scheduled. Fixed my LCD screen within an hour and just walked around the shopping center near by in the meantime. Good communication and very friendly. Would totally recommend for anyone needing repair through T-mobile or otherwise.

Didn't really want to post a review about my experience, but this most recent development sent me over the edge with it. I came in to repair my New 3DS XL, which had some dead pixels on the top screen. I mentioned that the model was different to the person checking me in several times over our interaction; I even called prior so I could assure this was a service they offered.
