Called up to place multiple times for a quote. Store only been open for a hour. Drive here to get told the screen I needed would have to be ordered. Something that could have been said over the phone.
Does not answer phone. Nobody greats when walking through door. Had my ipad there to replace screen. Said it would take 2-3 days. No call to say if done. I call and no answer. I come in and it's not done. Says it will be another 5 days (for part to come in). No call in five days. I come week later to pick up ipad and still not fixed with no apologies. Previous times I've has service was fine. I hate to gice bad reviews, but this was plain rude as a business and quite frustrating on my part.
I’m absolutely pissed off at this place DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!, I went in with a working phone and I was using the phone with the lady Leah and she also seen that my phone was working because I was showing her my military information and she said let me go back and see if we have the iPhone 14 Pro Max screen for you and she did so and then the guy Dan came out to get a ticket setup for me while Leah fix the line that was going down on my screen. Friendly staff and quick with cleaning out my charging port on a Samsung phone for sure.
I called about my appointment and they said there was going to be no delivery for the week. They never called to inform me. So I found someone else for $45 dollars when they was over 100
