They get no stars. Don't take your broken device here. After three weeks and a lot of excuses my laptop still wasn't fixed on a repair they said would be a couple days. It just needed a new screen. They couldn't seem to get the correct part after ordering a half dozen times. Took my laptop to Staymobile in Goose Creek. It was fixed with a new screen in 5 days. Great guys and awesome service.
