My phone stopped charging after I attempted to clean out the port. I set up an appointment with these guys and was late due to a Gophers football game. Staff was courteous and professional, said it could likely be fixed with a deeper cleaning, but it wasn't a guarantee. If the clean didn't work I wasn't on the hook for any follow up, but they specified the price and time frame it would take to order parts for a port replacement. The person who helped me was super friendly and great! Answered my questions and quickly fixed my issue. I've come here a few times and they always do a great job for a reasonable price.
CPR does excellent work. The staff is respectful and friendly and I trust the advice and suggestions they give. I’ve taken two phones to them over the past few years and they saved them! Really great shop.
I received an email on a Thursday evening that my phone was fixed, working and ready for pickup. When I arrived Friday around Noon, I was told that my phone was not working anymore. And they could not describe what they were doing at the moment they broke my phone. I have talked with the manager, Andy Strandquist, via email and his last email simply said "Hello.
