Just wanted to say that Jack worked on my IPad and did a wonderful job! However I did not realize how busy this store was.I certainly do ask u to consider some help for him as he cannot answer phones,wait on customers and do repair work timely!people don’t have patience any more and this fellow can’t get the work done timely.I will give him a thumbs up and tell my friends.thank you for your time and service

My phone had viruses, and I couldn't even use it without it closing down what I was looking at with alerts and ads. It was adding apps on my phone I didn't download. I already went to the AT&T store (my provider) and they couldn't help. Thank you CPR Cell Repair for fixing my phone without resorting to factory settings and losing all my data
Bad experience. The guy who answers the phone is a liar and doesn't do what he says. My husband called more than 6 times and each time he promised to fix the laptop on a different day. On the promised day, we got there and it wasn't ready. He said he wouldn't give us a refund because he had wasted his time starting the job. But as customers, shouldn't we waste our time calling or going there to pick up the laptop? my MacBook popped itself. Took it to CPR and we were hoping just the battery. It wasn’t- it was the battery and logistics board. They were able to send it off to their professional- and saved everything! Nothing was lost, they communicated each step, each dollar amount I was spending and why, they were in contact when they had updates. It was smooth, easy, and good! I had an issue last year with an iPad and they made it right. I trust this company with all of technology mishaps! Thank you all at CPR!
