They don't accept at&t insurance? Seriously? The largest cell provider in the country? Seems kinda amateur hour.
10/10 customer service, they were able to help me recover my lost data in its entirety and did it all in a positive and friendly manner. If you have any issue with your devices, I would highly recommend visiting this store!
Wife phone was full of apps not being cleared when done.
I have previously had phones repaired here with no issues. I took in my Galaxy Note 24 for a display issue they replaced the display a few days later after a bike ride and it getting rained on I had the same issue with the display. Took the phone back in and they refused to warranty the display saying that it was water damage. While yes it was water damage this is an IP67 rated phone that had not been submerged in water it had only been rained on in an SP connect case with rubber plugs that block the ports on the case.
