Friendly and knowledgeable. You can schedule an appointment for drop off online, phone or just drop in. I made an appointment online for drop off. I would recommend adding a bit of time to the estimated completion time: There was only one employee so he needed to stop to help people that come into the store and to answer phones. My fix was supposed to be done in an hour. Came back a little over an hour later and it wasn't completed as he was helping others.
Chance had my iPhone after water damage. He worked with it for 2 weeks to help retrieve the information to transfer to my new phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Very Thankful for his help. Highly recommend them.
