I unfortunately fell prey to a hacker scheme and CPR was able to debug the virus from my laptop - TWICE. Yes, they got rid of the hacker program that was interfering with my laptop once and then again a couple of days later when some sleeper virus interfered with my laptop again. They were dedicated to finding a solution to get my laptop to be completely virus-free I'm so very grateful!
