I came to desperately get my WD passport hard drive fixed for school work because the main port broke loose inside the hardware. Unfortunately, the it took a long time to recover the data because of how big my drive was, but they stayed true to their quote. The cost was fair and it looks like the previous problems I had with the hard drive is fixed as well. I really appreciate they explained the issue to me and for helping me out!
