The service was great! The person attending to me was kind and courteous, had a process for intake that he executed well and did a good and timely job. My phone had damage on both sides and now it’s like new.

I am furious with this cell phone company. Walking in there was a complete waste of my time because these people couldn’t fix anything —not even the simplest issue. I’m beyond pissed at this cell phone company. I came in expecting actual help, and they couldn’t fix a SINGLE thing. Not one. Every time I asked for support, I got useless answers, attitude, or some excuse about why they “can’t do anything.” Like… then what are you even here for?
