Wonderful service best all around! I brought my wife's phone in to have the battery replaced. After that there appeared 2 black spots under the screen which obscured the thumb print scan to unlock the phone. The manager was extremely nice and professional, and replaced the screen at no charge. Unfortunately, after that, the thumb screen still did not work, and the battery still did not hold a charge. I had my sons iPad screen replaced from here and within two weeks it cracked again after not having any problems with my screen for almost 2 years prior to bringing it in. Very good customer service! Replaced my cracked screen in no time, and came out great. Very good people, they gave someone a discount because they didn't have enough for a battery and even put a screen protector on my phone for free. Highly recommend
