Super happy with the phone repair, quick and cost efficient! Whitt (manager) was very helpful to set realistic expectations for the quality and time frame of the work to be done. It was a great experience and the phone came back in perfect shape!

Came in to see if my 3DS could be repaired. Drop-off went fine, the clerk who greeted me was very respectful and kept the whole process smooth. He said they would follow up with a phone call once the part arrived and the device was ready to be repaired. It wasn’t until later on that problems begun to arise. After a week of waiting with no response, I call back to learn that my repair ticket was closed (despite having already paid for the repair).
