I made an insurance claim for my cracked screen and made an appointment to have it fixed. Someone from CPR called before my appointment day, told me they had received my parts and that I could come in at my convenience anytime. When I did, both gentlemen were very helpful, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The repair of my phone was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I will refer my family and friends to use these guys. They were great.
My screen had been shattered since I got the phone but dealt with it almost a year till it went crazy so took it in they fixed it supposedly but I paid extra 29.99 + taxes to put a lifetime warranty on a screen protector on it that's supposed to fix itself but when went to pick it up it was cracked they tried to tell me it was just a flaw in the cover over the screen they never even put the screen protector on and tried to make me pay another $99.99 to fix it I had to go get my friend at the time A MAN AND HE SET THEM STRAIG... read more
