Fixed a usb c report problem in 2 minutes. Very nice people.
I brought my phone here on a Thursday morning to get it fixed. The guy told me he could have parts and it would be fixed by the next day...after multiple excuses I finally got it back the following TUESDAY. Dont bring anything here unless you dont mind being without your phone for almost a week.
Great service and really helpful staff. They were able to get my phone repaired quickly and at a good price. Would highly recommend.
They were unable to fix my devices due to unable to get parts or could not guarantee a repair without still needing to send the device to Samsung. Rather than charging me $300 and it 'might' fix the problem, but possibly not and it would still need to be sent off. I was told to save my $ and send them to Samsung where they they can guaranteed get them fixed. I definitely appreciate the honesty and will bring my other devices in when I have issues with them.
I brought my phone in for a new screen & battery... met Ty 1st & Zak(Zack/Zach) 2nd... both associates were friendly and professional... completed business with Zak today... cant Thank him enough... 5star 2 thumbs up!!!... ThankYou ThankYou
