Amazing experience. The tech knew exactly what was wrong with the phone just by looking at it. Battery switch was less than a hour so it was very convenient for us.
I brought my iPhone 14 Pro in for a screen repair. The staff asked me to unlock my phone and hand it over, which made me uncomfortable. My phone was returned to me factory reset, without explanation. The service felt rushed, unprofessional, and left me uneasy about the safety of my personal data. I would not recommend this shop.
Cheap, fast and honest, they call you when your device is ready and give you honest opinion on what was wrong. I'll definitely go back and I 100% recommend them. Very happy with the service.
SCAMERS! I took back my Device they replaced the screen on... The screen started to peel off... I Re-cracked my screen trying to fix it myself... I go back to the Sunland Park Mall location ( kiosk) And he wants to charge me $230 when the first time it was $122...
