Absolutely disappointed with the service at the Juban Rd location. I dropped my phone on my business computer screen and needed it repaired. I spoke with a guy who told me he use to own the place but now just works there. I informed him how important it was that I get my computer back timely because it’s how I do payroll for 7 people. I met with Alice today for the first time at their store in Pickleball service Quick knowledgeable and was very good with the details. Took care of me in about 20 minutes versus any other store in Baton Rouge. Highly recommend in our personality was fantastic.
Scheduled a visit, got a confirmation and everything, then when I got there the business is closed. I'd appreciate a heads up before wasting my time. Edit: Tried after the business replied and said there was new management. I don't know what it is, but I seem incapable of getting service from this location. Figured I would give it another try, but this is the last time. An appointment confirmation means nothing as it seems to be automated. The time is 9:17 in the photo.
