Today, I was assisted by Joe/Joseph. He was friendly and professional with repairing my phone. He quoted an hour and a half for my repair but did it in half the time. My phone looks brand new and polished. He provided the expected repair but his kindness and service took it to another level. I'm thankful! :)

I drop my phone off to get back screen replacement was told 3 hours and 5 hours later they can “calibrate” my phone and also committed insurance fraud. I didn’t realize my phone had a screen protector on the front and they informed me they would have to replace both even if it was not broke.

I had an excellent experience getting my iPhone 14 screen replaced at the CPR repair store. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They were also very efficient, completing the repair in under an hour, which was impressive. I truly appreciate the high level of service I received—definitely a 5-star experience all around! A big thank you to Matt for his expertise and assistance throughout the process!

CPR did a great job replacing my cell phone screen. I came in before I had to go to work and the customer service was excellent. They helped with the insurance claim and kept me updated on the process. Joe did excellent work in replacing my screen and made sure everything worked in the short amount of time he had to work with. Total process took 1hr & 15min. I will be using them again.

CPR customer service is above and beyond. Nathan is very helpful and very knowledgeable of what he is doing. They've replaced my S23 Ultra screen in less than an hour.
