I had to replace my screen for my IPhone. T Mobile referred me to CPR to fix it. I was able to drop my phone off for repairs and less than an hour later; it was fixed. They even take the Assurent Insurance plan. My total out of pocket was Zero dollars. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely use CPR again.

My cell phone screen went out on Memorial Day afternoon. On that Tuesday I was recommended to CPR. I took my phone in and they did not have the part seeing as my phone was old. I was told that they could fix it but the part might not be in for 3 days. I left my phone there and they said they would call me when it was ready. I told them I did not have an alternate phone and they would have to email me. (They did not have loaner phones for me to use). I arrived, thinking it would be a drop off and pick up later experience. I cracked the back of my Galaxy 23 Ultra and my insurance was having both the back and screen replaced. I handed my phone over to Nathan, who said it would only take about 45 minutes. I was surprised, so I sat with my 6 month old and waited. Joe was great. The team there are friendly and considerate. I went in for a screen replacement, and Joe repaired my phone in less time then he originally stated. I definitely will be going back!
