Today, I was assisted by Joe/Joseph. He was friendly and professional with repairing my phone. He quoted an hour and a half for my repair but did it in half the time. My phone looks brand new and polished. He provided the expected repair but his kindness and service took it to another level. I'm thankful! :)

I will never go to another repair shop again. I was having some issues with my phone after getting it fixed at a different repair shop and heard that CPR did good work. I walked in and explained my situation to Nathan and he helped me and got my phone working within 30 minutes. He explained exactly what had gone wrong with my phone and explained where the other shops were trying to scam me. It was a simple fix that he kindly helped me with. This is a phenomenal establishment.

CPR did a great job replacing my cell phone screen. I came in before I had to go to work and the customer service was excellent. They helped with the insurance claim and kept me updated on the process. Joe did excellent work in replacing my screen and made sure everything worked in the short amount of time he had to work with. Total process took 1hr & 15min. I will be using them again.

I drop my phone off to get back screen replacement was told 3 hours and 5 hours later they can “calibrate” my phone and also committed insurance fraud. I didn’t realize my phone had a screen protector on the front and they informed me they would have to replace both even if it was not broke.
