Came here to repair my broken screen and was told about an hour to hour and a half wait but to my surprise it only took about 40 min!! Joseph and Carlos are very fast, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them and this store. The place is kept clean, nice and cool for your waiting experience.
They moved!!! And I'm so excited!! They are real close to my office and keep my glass on my phone looking brand new! Thanks Joseph! Look for the pirate restaurant out front on sawdust!
Carlos came out to greet me right on time. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. And, he got my screen repair done in under the quoted time allowance! As someone who has insurance on all our family devices, I highly value quality customer service. I will return, as need be.
This is the only place you should be taking your devices to!! They are professional, efficient, and so friendly. I called prior to coming in and they were amazing on the phone and very informative. They were also had me in and out of there in five minutes with the best service and repair repairs!!
Today, I was assisted by Joe/Joseph. He was friendly and professional with repairing my phone. He quoted an hour and a half for my repair but did it in half the time. My phone looks brand new and polished. He provided the expected repair but his kindness and service took it to another level. I'm thankful! :)
