Norman did a great job fixing my phone and was quick to fix.
I went to get my phone fix. I had to keep going back. My opinion is everytime they fix something they break or damage something else because their falsely ordering parts to keep them and do their own business on the side. Which idc about. But not at my expense. There's no way I should have to come back four times. My phone still isn't completely done because they broke my back and I have to go back but my schedule doesn't permit the time it takes.
I had my screen repaired a month ago. I got a case and a screen protector and it is already broken by a slight fall. Careful. Not quality stuff. Had my phone for three years before I broke screen. (Also did not have a case or protector the first break) Took me one month WITH case & screen protectors to break, very disappointed.
He was able to fix it so fast, kind on the phone and did a really high quality job . My phone looks brand new and i’ve used a few other retailers for phone repair and they didn’t align my screen properly, used a poor quality screen and this is in another league. 5 star service for sure
