Quick and efficient
Went in because I needed data recovered from my old phone e Esteban( hope I spelled it correctly) was super helpful
Took my phone in for a screen repair. Came out with a phone with a fixed screen but some sort of new dimming issue, which they could not replicate nor fix despite me providing pictures, leaving the phone with them for an extended period, etc. Do not recommend.
Nate and his team in West Ashley are the absolute best!! I thought I had an issue with my laptop, however after Nate spent his time checking my USB and other possible issues, it was determined nothing was wrong with my laptop. Now, he could have charged me for his time and service, I said what do I owe you, Nate said all I did was plug it up. He could have told me something was wrong and charged me, but HONESTY at it's best. Thank you Nate for taking time for me today.
