I took my HP laptop to get fixed for random freezing/crashing (blue screens). The guy at the desk grabbed my laptop and tilted it to its side to show me it had a freezing issue (duh) as if he just discovered. He then told me that it was too complicated of an issue and to go to Taunton because the cost of insuring it and a bunch of other hoopla, making me believe it was not worth fixing. Meanwhile, I just went to a tech repair place in Main st and the gentleman identified the faulty RAM and replaced it for cheap, no insurance... read more
