Went to T-Mobile to get my charge port cleaned out and a new cord (been having issues charging for a couple weeks), and after cleaning what they could and still not charging quick, TMobile then directed me to CPR. My guy not only ensured the port was clear of debris, but also cleaned the pins. Phone is charging like new again! Just the time it took to type this review it went from 34% to 49%. Nope, 50% now. Recommend this guy entirely. Make that 52% charge
