The screen repair itself was done quickly and looked great, and I was initially very satisfied with the service. However, when I picked up my phone, I was told that a new battery had also been installed. I never requested or authorized a battery replacement, and when I left the store and needed to use my phone, I discovered the battery was only at 17% even though I had dropped off the phone charged.
