I had an extremely unprofessional and concerning experience with the store manager, Alex. About a month ago, I brought my phone into this location to have a cracked screen repaired. After the repair, the phone appeared to work fine. However, only a month later the screen display suddenly stopped working, so I brought the device back to have it looked at. Walked in for the appointment and something I really appreciate is when things are fully explained without me having to ask a lot of questions (it’s hard to know what questions to ask) and that was definitely done here!
