I like to think myself as a pretty good diy'er. Well I jumped the gun and stripped out the 24mm fill plug in my Tacoma after draining the trans fluid and I was absolutely exhausted! I contacted Joel, he made arrangements to come, and he showed up and did exactly what I needed done. I live 1 hours away from his business and he was in time and professional and I am greatly thankful for his service
