Bill refused to wear a mask when meeting with my husband for an estimate- even after my husband asked him to and explained that I had recently undergone chemo and radiation. He told my husband it was “his prerogative” to go somewhere else to do business. Rude and arrogant attitude for someone in the service business when dealing with a potential new customer.
RecommendedFloyd is my go to mechanic, I've been coming back to him for over 15 years. How would I describe him? Reliable, knowledgeable, honest.
