Instructor was very rude. Company doesn’t answer phone. Doesn’t work with you to reschedule classes or offer refunds.
Let me first say, I was so nervous about taking this course and thought that I was going to have memorize what was taught online. Our instructor was so patient and provided us a wealth of knowledge. If you are looking for a CPR class I highly recommend this business.
