Shane the technician was very, efficient and thorough. I had a lot of questions regarding the system and he answered all of them.
Thousand dollars to tell us compressor is down, business has been closed for 4 days and they didn't bother ordering the compressor.
As long term visitors on Maui there is always some concern about getting help on repairs and replacement of systems. Synairgy Mechanical helped extinquish those concerns. Gio was very professional, knowledgeable and effecient in repairing our HVAC system. A control board was shorted out by a gecko (or two) and it was replaced under warranty through the help of Synairgy. Synairgy did an amazing job replacing our central AC system! Ricky and his helper did an amazing job, the were able to make my single zone central ac into a 2 zone (upstairs and downstairs individually now) they work on the attic non stop for several days without any hesitation or complaints. Attics and insulation are no fun, but they handle it with ease and professionalism’s. They also took very good care of the property wrapping the floor with paper to prevent any damages! Highly recommended company!
Synairgy is great! Gio, our technician was awesome. He diagnosed our AC issue, cleared our clogged drain and got the AC working again, so very very thankful! The best customer service on the island! He walked me through what he was going to check and do and showed me what he found and helped adjust the vents to ensure proper air flow. Gio was highly knowledgeable, and he patiently answered all my questions. Thank you Gio!
