Very fast response and Cole was an excellent technician. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Will be using them for all my service needs.
The service was solid—super friendly and knew his stuff. He figured out the AC issue quick, explained everything in a way that made sense, and didn’t try to sell me anything extra. Garett with CPR was awesome, and respectful of the house, and had the system running smooth again in no time. Definitely recommend if you need help with your AC!
Called CPR Air to schedule an assessment of our split air units on a new home we purchased. They sent a technician that afternoon - and one who was familiar with the house. Logan did a thorough job and recommended parts for 3 units which were needed to function optimally. Was surprised as one unit was so old I assumed a new install would be recommended. Look forward to fixing these units and living in the cool!
CPR is an excellent company to work with. The quotes were competitive. Devon our lead installer was informative and kept us updated throughout the process. The quality of work and attention to detail was amazing. My dogs even loved them! We are very happy with the install and increased cooling to our home. Highly recommended!
Josh was unbelievable. He explained everthing in understandable terms and carefully identified the current and future maintanence issues that we could potentially face. The condense pump is now functioning quietly allowing us to sleep without being disturbed. He also did a great job cleaning and troubleshooting our exchangers and condenser. He is a great team member for keeping our condo in top shape.
