Alex able to quickly take care of our phone repair needs. He went above and beyond in being accommodating to our unique situation and got us back up and running in no time flat.
I was first impressed with Alex's phone manner and customer service. I refuse to do business with any establishment that does offer good customer service right out the gate. Alex was 1st class. He repaired my Zhiyun Weebill S gimbal which is not their main area. Zhiyun support or authorized dealers were not accessible.
