We had Boris and Toni design and build a walkout lower level apartment for my mom. We added a bathroom, kitchen and living spaces to an unfinished basement. There was a lot of work including, cutting concrete floors and walls. From the beginning of the process to the end, Boris and his crews did an amazing job with multiple subs on site every day for months. The craftsmanship and quality of Boris and Toni is 2nd to no one. We converted our garage into a kitchen, and the final product is AMAZING. We couldn’t possibly be happier. If you’re looking for renovation on the Cape, you’re making a mistake if you don’t go with CPP! Side note- we live 8 hours away and that was never an issue with CPP. Other than a few in person meetings they were able to host Zoom calls, FaceTimes etc whenever we couldn’t meet in person. CPP did an amazing job updating my kitchen. Professional at all times and great communication with updated timelines as the project progressed. I have and will continue to endorse their work and will absolutely have CPP involved in any future home improvement projects.
Boris and Toni were delightful to work with. Toni came up with a unique design plan for my kitchen remodel that I absolutely love . Toni was also so helpful in walking me through design choices . Boris is very responsive and his crew did a beautiful job . Boris was extremely fair when certain changes had to be made at the last minute . Boris and Toni did a great job finishing up the punch list in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
