TERRIBLE experience with CPO2: My husband was referred for a CPAP device, and this was the closest location to us. From the very beginning, the process was frustrating. To schedule the initial appointment, my husband played phone tag for two weeks before finally getting through to someone. Rotech is a scam. Overcharge insurance companies for supplies so you need to pay the difference. I can buy supplies online without insurance cheaper. What a joke.
I selected Rotech / CPO in Mechanicsburg for my C- PAP machine & supplies this month 3/2025. I spoke to Kathryn Henry at Rotech, she explained the process to me step by step in detail, and provided me with her direct phone extension & email address if I would have any additional questions. This happen on a Friday evening, at closing., so I was very impressed with Kathryn dedication. So I'm glad i call ROTECH .Thank you ! Kathryn
