I have no issues with the company
Rotech is a scam. Overcharge insurance companies for supplies so you need to pay the difference. I can buy supplies online without insurance cheaper. What a joke.
I selected Rotech / CPO in Mechanicsburg for my C- PAP machine & supplies this month 3/2025. I spoke to Kathryn Henry at Rotech, she explained the process to me step by step in detail, and provided me with her direct phone extension & email address if I would have any additional questions. This happen on a Friday evening, at closing., so I was very impressed with Kathryn dedication. So I'm glad i call ROTECH .Thank you ! Kathryn
I have never had problems everyone has been very nice and always has my oxygen when I need it they always have it the day I call so thank you.
