Company won't follow through with sending the free items advertised as free with the purchase of the item I purchased. I've also never seen such carelessness, as has been seen with the packaging and taping of some of the parcels I HAVE received from them. Shipments have arrived with major components missing, obviously having fallen out in transit.

Advertised XR tools, received Atomic. Seller confirmed XR replacement, then sent Atomic again. This happened twice. Very disappointing experience and clear misrepresentation. Proceed with caution.
