customer service is horrible. I just closed my account after 10 years. I will be welcomed at sharonview. check rankings. cpm didn't even make the list.

brand new member i had my stuff set up from my savings but tack on a 150 over draft fee that is not how i had the account set up. i will gladly switch banks again this week with all my orginal money back i came in with if this isn't resolved tomorrow.

Your bank is trash. Your customer service is trash. You are just as crooked as the traditional banks. Taking out overdraft "fees" for payments already rendered. Then charging overdraft fees on the overdraft fees. It's a disgusting and predatory practice.
