If I could rate CPM higher than 5 stars I would! I was in a rush to get some work done so I could re-register my car, and another garage had quoted several thousand dollars worth of 'repairs' stating I would fail the roadworthy inspection otherwise. $1800 for a car that drives worse than before. wheels unbalanced, brakes screaming, taken back and they failed to fix either issue. don't trust the high reviews this place is a joke
My partner’s car has been at this mechanic for three months and we still haven’t received it back. Communication has been very poor. For over a month we've repeatedly been told “it’ll be ready tomorrow” or “it’ll be ready next week”, with no follow-through. Each time we called the answer was the same. After a service with ultratune I was advised to replace my rear wheel bearings and tie rod ends. I took my van into CPM for a quote of the work and parts, the mechanics assured me that there was no need for a repair, they didn't invoice me for the inspection despite taking it up onto the hoist and for a test drive Im thankful I took the van here for a 2nd opinion over Ultratune, saved me over $1000, great to know there are good honest mechanics out there 👍
Christian met us at the front desk with a warm welcome and helpful information. Our inspection was done by Enzo who was super nice and very informative. He even showed us exactly where the problems are on our car and explained everything in a way that we can understand.
